Store Return Poicy

Store Return Policy Un Manned Propulsion

Policy Overview This Store Return Policy ("Policy") governs all returns of products purchased from Un Manned Propulsion ("Company") through its online store. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at its discretion, with any changes effective upon posting on the website.

Return Eligibility 1. Returns are accepted for products purchased directly from the Company's online store, subject to the following conditions: - Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. - Products must be unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by all included accessories and documentation. - A restocking fee of five percent (5%) of the purchase price shall apply to all eligible returns. 2. Products determined to be defective or non-functional may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the defect is reported to the Company and verified upon inspection. 3. All returns must be shipped back to the Company at the buyer's expense, including the cost of the return shipping label. To initiate a return, submit a return request via info@unmannedpropulsion.com with your order number and reason. Ship returns to Un Manned Propulsion, 5889 S Williamson Blvd STE1327, Port Orange FL 32128. 4. The Company reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refunds if damage is found beyond normal wear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery 1. Products are typically shipped within ten (10) business days following receipt of payment. 2. Rush delivery options are available upon request. Customers may contact info@unmannedpropulsion.com to arrange customized shipping speeds and details.

Non-Returnable Items Products returned beyond the thirty (30) day period, used items, or those not meeting the eligibility criteria outlined above are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned item, subject to inspection and deduction of the restocking fee.

Booking Policy

To ensure a seamless experience, online training sessions must be booked at 7 days in advance. This us to prepare the necessary materials and provide you with the best training possible. In-Person Training: For in-person training sessions we require bookings to be made at least 14 days in advance. This timeframe helps us secure the right and resources needed for your training session. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to helping you achieve your training goals!

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Charges Cancellation requests must be submitted online via the "My Bookings" page with at least 24 hours’ notice. Fees apply as follows: - More than fourteen (14) days before the session: No charge. - Between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days: Fifty percent (50%) of the session fee. - Less than seven (7) days: Seventy-five percent (75%) of the session fee. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies; contact info@unmannedpropulsion.com.

Rescheduling Policy

Online rescheduling process is a simple 48 hour notice via email. info@unmannedpropulsion.com

In-Person Rescheduling: Must be submitted online via the "My Bookings" page. Terms apply as follows: - Requests made at least fourteen (14) days before the session: No charge, subject to availability within 30 days. - Requests made less than fourteen (14) days: Treated as a cancellation, with fees per the Training Cancellation Policy. One reschedule per booking is permitted.
