This is an exclusive offer for companies to completely customize the training we offer to fit the specific needs of the trainees. We will work with you or your subject matter experts on a Needs Assessment which will allow us to understand your process, learning type and training needs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges: More than 14 days before the session: No charge. 7 to 14 days before the session: 50% of the session fee will be charged. Less than 7 days before the session: 75% of the session fee will be charged. Rescheduling Policy: Reschedule requests must be made at least 14 days before the session: No charge. Reschedule requests made less than 14 days before the session: Will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session: Subject to a 75% charge of the session fee. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted online in the My Bookings Page.
