UMP Empowers Schools with STEM Kits for Rocketry and Robotics

In 2018, UMP Aerospace & Engineering became a registered STEM kit supplier for the National Earthquake Simulation and Infrastructure Directorate (NESID) in San Antonio. This partnership enabled UMP to distribute specialized STEM kits to numerous schools, equipping students to compete in rocketry and robotics events. By providing hands-on learning tools, UMP fostered the development of future engineers and innovators, aligning with our mission to advance STEM education. This initiative expanded our reach in educational outreach, empowering students to explore aerospace and engineering through practical applications.


The STEM kits provided by UMP included resources for designing and building rockets and robots, encouraging creativity and problem-solving. This milestone reinforced UMP’s commitment to supporting educational initiatives that inspire young minds to pursue careers in science and technology.
